Rich Froning Jr. has earned the title of “Fittest Man On Earth” four times by winning first place in the CrossFit Games (2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014).
He has Galatians 6:14 tattooed on his side from waist to armpit. It reads, “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ thru which the world has been crucified to me and I to the world.”
In light of all we can no longer boast about, it seems like a “Good Friday” to boast in the cross fit for our Savior!
