Freshman cornerback RJ Johnson, hailing from Locust Grove, Georgia, is making a move from the Arkansas Razorbacks to the Colorado Buffaloes after redshirting for one season at Arkansas. He will have four years of eligibility remaining. Johnson’s lone appearance for Arkansas came against Western Carolina on Sept. 2, where he did not register any statistics, as per Arkansas’ bio page on Johnson.
Standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 180 pounds, Johnson was rated as a consensus three-star prospect out of high school. He showcased versatility at Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy in McDonough, GA, playing on both sides of the ball. According to Arkansas’ bio page, Johnson compiled 56 total tackles, including one tackle for loss, in his senior season.

Ducks take the final game of OSU series 7-1, avoid sweep
