“I’ve got guys on my team that I recruited that I’ve developed relationships with. To think that it is easy to go back on your word and just go ahead and pick up and leave after you told people what you thought of the program, what you were going to do, what you could do for them and how you can help them achieve all their goals and then just pick up and do what’s best for you, I don’t think is right. It’s hard to me to look in the mirror and say that was the right thing to do just because it was best for me. I just felt like I was going to do the right thing.”

That’s a stat worth tracking for all us us!
