Freshman quarterback CJ Carr has been named the Shaun Alexander Freshman Player of the Week after leading Notre Dame to a victory over Arkansas. Carr completed 22 of 30 passes for 354 yards and four touchdowns, finishing with a 73.3% completion rate and a 216.4 passer rating.
