What got you into sports writing and radio work?
I have been interested in sports writing since I was in high school reporting on student athletics for my school’s news broadcast. As for radio work, my interests peaked after taking an audio news class at Syracuse University.
- What is your favorite sport and why?
My favorite sport is football because of the high-intensity and thrilling moments. From college to the professional level, football hosts the loudest fans and most electric atmospheres in America.
- What is your favorite sports moment?
As a Seahawks fan, the score 43-8 will always have a special place in my heart. Being able to watch the Legion of Boom dismantle one of the best offenses in NFL history for their first Superbowl win was a moment I am glad I was alive to see.
- What is your favorite music?
My two favorite genres are pop and rap. When I listen to pop my go-to artists are Olivia Rodrigo, Tate McRae, and Ariana Grande. When I listen to rap, my go-to artists are Yeat, Lil’ Tecca, and Polo G.
