The Ohio State Buckeyes redeemed themselves with a commanding 84-61 victory over the Michigan Wolverines on Sunday, Mar. 3 at the Value City Arena in Columbus. In a rematch of their earlier clash this season, where Michigan triumphed 73-65, Ohio State left no room for doubt, asserting their dominance from the opening tip-off. Despite Michigan’s efforts to mount a comeback, Ohio State’s aggressive play and sharp shooting proved too much for the Wolverines to handle.

Michigan’s Head Coach, Juwan Howard, acknowledged Ohio State’s recent form, stating, “Ohio State’s been playing some really good basketball lately. A rivalry game always gets you going.”

Ohio State’s dominance was evident in their shooting accuracy, particularly in the second half, where they boasted a remarkable 81.3 percent field goal percentage compared to Michigan’s 32 percent.
