Old Dominion head men’s basketball coach Jeff Jones retires.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – NABC Executive Director Craig Robinson has released a statement following the announced retirement of Old Dominion head men’s basketball coach Jeff Jones.

“Jeff Jones left a lasting impression on and off the basketball court during his distinguished career. Reaching the Final Four as a player and eclipsing 500 wins as a coach is a combination few in our profession ever achieve. Jeff’s service to the game as a member of the NABC Board of Directors – including a term as NABC President in 2016-17 – and his passion for the mission of Coaches vs. Cancer were representative of his high character. On behalf of the NABC, I congratulate Jeff on his retirement and thank him for his impact on the NABC and college basketball.”
