With 10 minutes and 54 seconds remaining in the second half, the Trojans trailed by only three points, with the score standing at 53-56. Unfortunately, that narrow margin proved to be the last time the Trojans were within striking distance, ultimately leading to their defeat. The USC Trojans currently find themselves in the second-to-last position in the Pac 12 division standings, with a conference record of 2 wins and 6 losses.

Their recent 4-game losing streak in the conference, including a defeat against the Wildcats before facing the Sun Devils, has added to their challenges. Despite an overall record of 8 wins and 11 losses, comparable to UCLA’s record within the Pac 12, the Trojans face a tough road ahead. Ironically, the Trojans are set to face UCLA, their Pac 12 counterparts, this Saturday at 5:00 pm. With hopes of breaking their current losing streak, the Trojans will strive to turn the tide and secure a crucial victory against the Bruins.
