Meet Augustus Oswald, Our Colorado/Pac-12 Writer

1. Why are you so interested in sports journalism?
I am so interested in sports journalism because I have been a huge sports fan my whole life. Ever since I was a little kid, I have wanted to be a sports writer or broadcaster. I have a great passion for sports and can think of nothing better than to get to cover it for a job.

2. What is your favorite sport and why?
My favorite sport is college basketball. I love this sport the most because of the great parity and the best postseason in sports, March Madness. I also love the passion that college basketball fans have and the great home environments there are around the nation.

3. What is your favorite sports moment?
My favorite sports moment is when the University of Colorado Football beat the University of Utah in 2016 to win the Pac-12 South. I was at this game live and it was a perfect ending to a magical regular season that year.

4. What is your favorite genre of music?
My favorite genre of music is Pop/hip hop.

5. What are your favorite hobbies?
My favorite hobbies are hanging out with friends and family, watching sports, and playing video games.
